Review: Heimish Marine Care Deep Moisture Multi Face Oil

Hi Everyone!

This is Part 2 of my review for the Heimish Marine Care skincare line.
If you haven't seen my review of the Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner, please check it out!

I received this product for free after being chosen by Stylekorean as one of the lucky reviewers of this set of skincare products by Heimish as part of their Try Me; Review Me campaign.

As previously mentioned, I've had my eye on Heimish Marine Care skincare products for quite some time, and I was super happy and excited when I saw I was chosen to review this set.

Here's a look at the set of products from Heimish Marine Care skincare set.

From Heimish:
All-purpose oil that goes well with any cream, double moisturizing effects when mixed.
Quickly absorbed into the skin without turning around, creates a natural glow of healthy skin.

✅Filled with a single drop of light but powerful oil
✅Glowing oil coating
✅Long-lasting moisturizing oil ampoule
✅Fast absorption with balancing moisture and oil and improving skin texture
✅Keep the moisture for a long time
✅Multi-purpose oil ampoule can be used for the face, body, hair, etc.
✅The fast-absorbing technique helps to balance water and oil in the skin.

This oil has a glass dropper and the oil itself was clear without any color. It's a watery texture, nothing like the typical thick facial oils.

Size: 30 mL

Color: Clear without any coloring

Fragrance: Has a light fresh breezy smell. Reminds me of those air fresheners that are always used to describe as "breeze" or "beach".

Absorbency: This facial oil absorbs quickly but does leave a oily residue afterwards, but not heavy, it's a lightweight feeling.

Texture: This facial oil has a watery texture.

Packaging: Comes in a blue thick, hard plastic bottle with a glass dropper.

Star Ingredients: Marine water and Seagrass extract

How To Use:
Apply an appropriate amount along with the skin texture and massage it or lightly press it on your face with your palm to absorb it.

Tips from Heimish:
  • Blending use with your essence, cream or base will increase hydration in the skin
  • Apply it to nails and cuticles to keep them smooth.
  • Apply to the end of damaged hair to increase nutrition and gloss.
How I Use It:
Originally, the first time I was using this facial oil, I would use it exclusively alone after I had applied my toner and essence, before using my face cream. However, after a while, to make things go quicker, I mixed this oil with my face cream and applied the two of them together.

I only use this face oil at NIGHT because I don't want the oily residue on my face all day, especially since I already have oily skin and get an oily buildup at the end of the day.

I like to use 2-3 drops of oil with my face cream, mix it in my palm and rub it all over my face until it's evenly applied and fully absorbed.

This is a picture of me using the face oil for the first time, Before and After.
I have already applied the Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner and the current essence that I'm using. I applied the oil on it's own, and it's really moisturizing and lightweight. You can see it gives me skin a nice natural glow without making me overly oily or heavyweight.

Here are Before/After shots of my cheeks from using the face oil.
You can see the face oil gave me extra brightness to my skin. It's nicely moisturizing without leaving a heavy oily residue.

Here's a close-up of my forehead. Again, it's moisturizing and gives a brightness to my skin. It doesn't make my skin look overly oily or make it noticeable that I even have a facial oil on, even from this close-up.

Overall, this face oil is great and powerful.

I find this face oil to be greatly moisturizing without feel heavy or excessively oily.
I've tried other face oils before and one of the worse ones I've ever tried was Trilogy Rosehip Oil. That face oil was so heavy, it made my skin feel disgusting with how oily it made me feel. This face oil from Heimish was a godsend compared to that one.

I like the light breezy fragrance from this oil. It's not overpowering and doesn't give me a headache.

I love that it gives me a natural brightness/glow when applying this oil and I think it's great that it's so easily mixable with my face cream to create a nice creamy face cream that absorbs well into my skin.

As I mentioned above, I only use this face oil at night since I'm naturally oily and I don't want to add oil to my face when I already produce natural oils on my face during the day.
Although, the one bad thing about this face oil is that even when mixed with my face cream, I do still have a slightly oily residue which causes my glasses to slide down my nose which is extremely annoying to me but something I'm able to live with.

Rate (out of 5 stars): ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a good face oil and I love that it gives me a natural glow, but I do get annoyed by the way it makes my glasses slide down my nose.
However, I do think this is a great face oil for anyone to use. I'd recommend it for anyone with dry skin and if you have oily skin (like me), I'd recommend using it more during the drier, colder months.
