Review: Abib Gummy Sheet Mask Aqua Sticker

This sheet mask is part of the Gummy Sheet Mask line from Abib. So far, I haven't been really impressed with many of the Abib sheet masks that I've tried, let alone the Gummy ones.
Abib Gummy Sheet Mask Aqua sticker is a moisturizing sheet mask containing a creme type essence to provide a burst of nourishment to the skin. It contains Hyaluronsan (hyaluronic acid) complex to deeply moisturize the skin creating a more revitalized appearance. This complex helps to purify and tighten skin, giving a feeling of firmness from inside the skin with amplified hydration.
Like all the other Gummy sheet masks, this Aqua mask is made of microfiber to allow better adhesion and improve the delivery of active ingredients to the skin. In order for good absorption of active ingredients, the sheet mask's adhesion to your skin is important. If the mask is tightly sealed onto your face, it allows your skin to effectively absorb the essence, therefore, reaping the benefits.

Left: I wanted to show the blue mesh film that came along with the sheet mask. I don't really know what's the purpose of this film. I never had it with any of my other Gummy sheet masks.
Right: I wanted to show the thinness of the sheet mask. It's really thin, feels like a second skin when applied on. I easily forgot about the mask being on my face after a few minutes.
The sheet mask is made of microfiber and is white and stretchy.
The essence is a creme type, it's a white-opaque color, has a bit of thickness to it, but is still runny.
Purpose: Hydration
Size: 30 mL / 1.01 oz.
Color: White sheet mask and white, opaque essence
Fragrance: There is a strong fragrance, almost sort of flowery.
Texture: The sheet mask is soft and stretchy. The essence is thick, but still also runny, more of a serum texture.
Material: Microfiber
Fit: Since this sheet mask was stretchy, I was able to stretch the mask to fit my face. The holes fit my face well and there was no irritation.
Packaging: Comes in a paper-plastic pouch.

How To Use:
- Gently remove the sheet mask from the pouch
- Apply the sheet mask on a cleansed face, with the blue film facing outside
- Gently remove and dispose of the blue film
- Relax for 15-20 minutes
- Remove the mask and gently pat in the essence into the skin, follow up with a moisturizer
How I Use It:
I used this sheet mask at night, at the end of my skincare routine after I finished taking a shower. I removed the sheet mask from the pouch and took off the blue mesh film. Once the film is removed, the stretched the sheet mask to have the holes of the mask fit my face. Once I applied the mask on, I left the mask on for 20 minutes. When the time was up, I removed the sheet mask and applied the excess essence all over. I left the excess essence on my face overnight to absorb slowly.

Top to Bottom: From before I started using the sheet mask to applying the mask on and leaving it on for 20 minutes, all the way to after I removed the mask and applied the excess essence. I really liked this sheet mask and it fulfilled it's purpose of hydration and moisturizing my skin while not causing any adverse reactions. I didn't even get any kind of skin irritation of the sheet mask itself, so I consider this a major plus!
The sheet mask is actually stretchy! So I was able to maneuver the mask to fit my face. Oddly enough, I felt a cooling and refreshing sensation when the mask was on, which is surprising because it isn't even something Abib advertising as a feature.
Top to Bottom: Again, from before I applied the mask on to putting the mask on and leaving it on for 20 minutes, all the way to taking the mask off and applying the excess essence. From this close-up, you can see I didn't have any bad reactions to this sheet mask. Because of the creme type of essence, it seems like my skin looks paler/whiter, but it's purely because of the essence, not because my skin actually became lighter. It's moisturizing and hydration, but it's not deeply moisturizing, more on a medium level.
Top to Bottom: From before I applied the mask on to after I removed the mask and applied the excess essence, you can see there really isn't much change to my skin. My skin does feel moisturized, but it doesn't have any life-changing appearance of difference. Although, I did feel a cooling/refreshing sensation when I had the mask on, it clearly didn't do anything to help reduce the redness and minor inflammation on my skin. However, this isn't a big deal because it wasn't something I was expecting anyways.
Here are the Before, After, and once I applied the excess essence shots of my forehead. There really isn't much change to how my skin looks after using the sheet mask.
Overall, I really liked this sheet mask and out of all the Abib sheet masks I've tried, I like this one the best! It fulfills it's purpose of hydrating and moisturizing my skin at a medium level while not causing any bad reactions from my skin.
I find it interesting that out of all the Abib Gummy sheet masks I've tried, only this one had that "blue film" mesh thing... They all advertise to have it, but only this Aqua mask had it for me. Also, only this Aqua mask was stretchy which I find interesting and relieving. Since it was stretchy, I was able to pull the mask to fit my face, so with this mask, I never had any issues of irritation from the edges of the eye holes.
🚨If you have issues with strong fragrances, then beware! The essence of this mask has a strong fragrance, it's really overpowering and lasts the whole times the mask was on and even after when I applied the excess essence, the smell lingers. I don't really know how to describe the smell, other than it's sort of flowery, but it's also not completely flowery.🚨
Also, the adhesion of this sheet mask was GREAT! It didn't slip off my face and I literally sat upright for the full 20 minutes and the sheet mask NEVERI budged! It's interesting because usually with any sheet mask, they slowly but surely slip down my face, but with this one, the microfiber material of this sheet mask really did make it adhere like a second skin to my face. I never had to worry about the mask slipping or falling off! What a god send! If only all sheet masks could be like this...
As I mentioned above, when I had the sheet mask on, I felt a cooling and refreshing sensation. This isn't something Abib advertises as a feature, so it's not a big deal, but it is a nice added feature. I think this mask would feel incredible on during the hotter season, especially since we're coming into summer. Imagine having this sheet mask in the refrigerator and then applying it on! It was be the ultimate cooling face mask that also hydrates!
The essence of this sheet mask is nice and absorbs quickly into my skin. It's not oily and doesn't leave any sticky or grease residues. I wouldn't say that the essence really helped to tone down much of my redness or inflammation, but again, this isn't a feature it's suppose to do, so I didn't have expectations of it happening.
I greatly appreciate that I didn't have any kind of bad reaction to this Aqua mask. This Aqua mask from the Gummy sheet mask line is a LOT better than the Aqua mask from the Mild Acidic pH line.
