Review: SKIN&LAB Red Cream

Today is PART 2 of the SKIN&LAB Red series, this is the Red Cream. Last week I reviewed the Red Serum, which I really enjoyed. I used both the Red Serum and Red Cream at the same time, many have said that the two work together really well.
I love that it mentions that it "Rejuvenate skin with a million Damascan Roses." I LOVE the smell of Damask Roses, they're really fragrant and have a really distinct rose smell that is what most people think of when they think something smells like roses.
The Red Cream is made with stem cells from Damask Roses as well as fruit extracts, creating a hydrating cream that is enriched with anti-oxidants to restore skin elasticity, strengthening your skin's moisture barrier and combats dryness.

It's a opaque, white cream that is goopy in texture. It's sort of like a goopy-ness like snail cream products.
You can see it has a sticky-ness to it, a sort of goopy-ness that is reminiscent of snail cream products.
It's opaque, white colored. It has a thick body to it, but is also runny and goopy.

Color: Opaque, white color
Fragrance: Smells like roses, it's a strong smell, but it goes away after the cream is absorbed into the skin.
Texture: Has a goopy, sticky texture. Skin feels smooth and hydrated afterwards.
Absorbance: It takes some time to absorb into the skin. Until it does, there's a sort of tacky feel to the skin surface. Leaves a very dewy, glossy look to skin.

How To Use:
Apply proper amount and spread evenly over skin for both day and night use.
How I Use It:
I used this cream both morning and night after I had applied my toner, essence, and serum. I was using the Red Serum at the same time as I was using this Red Cream. I would dot my face with the cream and gently massage it into my skin. Also, applied onto my neck!!!

I had just exfoliated my skin this day, so I had some dry skin on my nose that I wanted to see whether this cream would help it or not.

While the cream helped with some of the dryness, it's not completely gone. But then again, I think it would be hard to be completely gone because of the dry skin. However, it did help moisturize the dry skin and not make it feel as tight.

Skin feels and looks moisturized due to the dewy/shiny look. My skin feels really tacky, but smooth.
Overall, this cream wasn't too bad.
I think if you have DRY SKIN you will really like this cream. For people like me, who have OILY SKIN,this cream was only okay and I would only recommend using it during drier months, like during winter.
My skin also has this dewy/shiny look to it, but honestly, I'm not a huge fan of it because it sort of makes me feel oily. Since it does have this dewy-ness, I noticed that my skin becomes more oily throughout the day and even when I wake up in the morning when I do use this cream. It's a distinct shininess to it and a lot of oil that my glasses are constantly slipping down my nose.
It is a really hydrating cream. My skin always felt moisturized and smooth afterwards, never having that tight dry feeling. However, it does take some time for the cream to be fully absorbed into the skin, not like other creams which are usually absorbed within at least a minute. This cream literally takes at least 5 minutes to be fully absorbed.
I didn't notice a difference in my wrinkles and I don't feel like my skin got an brighter from using this cream.
Good news is, this cream lasts a long time because a little goes a long way! It spreads really easily on the skin and you honestly don't need to grab a lot to apply all over your face and neck. I only finished mine within 3 months because I also share it with my skin, so any skincare I use gets finished a lot sooner than other people.
Another thing I really liked about this cream is the smell. I love the smell of roses and I thought this cream smelt really nice. The smell doesn't linger on the skin and goes away once the cream is fully absorbed into the skin.
Price wise, definitely look around for a cheaper deal if you can. If you see it for over $20-$25 than IT'S NOT WORTH IT. There are plenty of other creams out there that are just as good, have better features for the same price or potentially even cheaper. That being said, I bought mine from Yesstyle.com when it was on sale, so it wasn't even $20 when I bought it. However, it's constantly on sale at Yesstyle.com and it's also not too expensive on Amazon either.

I hate the sticky-tacky feel of this cream. I'm not a huge fan that it causes me to become oily, however, I really do appreciate that it moisturizes my skin really well.
