Review: Bring Green Carrot Vita Toner Pad

Hi Everyone!

Today, I will be reviewing a product that I got for free from Oliveyoung a while back in November-ish time. They were doing a Beauty Reviewer thing, but they seemed to have stopped after that first try.
This product came along with other products, some I've already reviewed, some I haven't reviewed yet.

When I saw this product, I was super intrigued. The use of Carrot in skincare has really taken off this past year and this brand was no exception. Although, I've never heard of this brand, Bring Green, I was excited to try something new, especially try a skincare product that contained carrot.

This skincare product is A Toner Pad. Toner in the form of pads is really popular. It's a travel-friendly, easy to use way of applying toner with the help of a pad that can gently sweep the toner all over while lightly potentially removing any surface-level debris on your skin.

I've actually not used many toner pads. The last ones that I've used were from COSRX and that was a while ago. I feel like usually it's a waste of money because they usually only give enough for 1 month and then your out. The price I feel like isn't worth it whereas if you have a regular liquid toner, those usually last more than a month and are more worth your money.

Here's a look at the box package of the toner pads.

Anyways! Moving on...

This toner pad is part of Bring Green's Carrot Vita Brightening Line that also contains a serum.

Here's a closeup of the page itself. They're white cotton pads that have that quilted texture. They're definitely thinner than regular cotton pads that you would typically buy at stores.

How To Use:
After cleansing, gently wipe the entire face except for the eye areas. Use twice a day.

How I Use It:
I used these toner pads twice a day, morning and night after I have thoroughly cleansed my skin. I would use the clippers to pick up 1 cotton pad and I would gently sweep upwards and out on both my face and neck.
Once the toner pad basically dried up because I used all the toner within it, I'd throw the pad away.

Below are images of me using these Toner Pads

This was the first day I tried the pads. They're nicely skin moisturizing and not irritating at all.
Here's a close-up of my cheeks. You can see my skin looks brighter/less dull between the Before/After shots. My skin's also much more moisturized and feels more awake.
Again, there's a brightness to my skin after using the pads and my skin is moisturized.

Gap period
I stopped using the pads for a while because I had another toner that was expiring soon that I needed to use instead.

Starting to use the toner pads again, Here, I feel like my skin looks brighter after using the pads.
On the left is the Before/After picture of my cheek from using the toner pad.
On the right is where I actually laid the toner pad on my cheek. I wanted to show you that there's a distinct "line" of where the toner has changed my skin and areas that didn't have the toner. I didn't do a complete dashed circle because at the open area, that area is the easiest to see the "line" between skin with toner and skin without toner.
Once again, my skin is visibly brighter after using the toner and my skin is moisturized.

Before/After of me using the toner pad. I loved just letting the pad sit on certain areas that needed more relaxation than others for a couple of seconds which is why I left the pad on my cheek.
As you can see, this cheek had a bunch of little acne all over which is why I left the pad on this cheek area for a few seconds.
Before and After, there's a change in brightness and hydration to my skin, obviously for the better.
Not much new information to say. Skin is still brighter and hydrated.
Actually!!! In the Before image, I feel like my skin overall has naturally becoming brighter from using these toner pads for the past few days.

24 days have pasted. Skin looks great! It's nicely brighter even before using the pads leading me to believe that these toner pads have helped my skin naturally become brighter.

Overall, these are really nice toner pads! I really enjoyed using them and I really like that it helped to not only give me instant skin brightness, but also progressive natural skin brightness. This toner pad is also moisturizing, not making my skin feel tight or dry.

The scent of this toner is refreshingly light and citrus. My senses and skin always feel more awake after using these toner pads.

The use of Carrot in this toner pad is super unique and I'm super glad Oliveyoung gave me the opportunity to try it out cause let me tell you, I typically wouldn't buy it myself. Like I mentioned at the beginning of my review, I don't gravitate towards toner pads because I feel like it's a waste of money since they usually only give enough for a month and they're expensive. For these reasons, I 100% would've never bought these pads myself, but since Oliveyoung was kind enough to pick me as a beauty reviewer, I got the opportunity to try them out!
Personally, although I like them, my beliefs still stand and even though it worked great for my skin, I still wouldn't buy them because of the quantity and price. I would still rather buy a bottle of liquid toner that most likely would last me over a month and makes the price much more worth it.

Rate (out of 5 stars): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a nice toner! I like that it's moisturizing and does provide a light brightening effect. My skin feels refreshed and awake after using it. I would recommend these pads for anyone to try.
