Review: BY ECOM Pure Calming Bubble Cleanser

This is around product that I got as a set from Stylekorean.com as part of their Try Me; Review Me.

I apologize in advance that I can't give you guys much information about this product besides my own opinion. The only information I can find is all in Korean, which I can't read.

Part 2: BY ECOM Pure Calming Bubble Cleanser

Description: Contains botanical extracts. Mild Cleansing. Soft, mild micro bubble. Slightly acid cleansing which is perfect pH for skin.

This is a 3-in-1 multi-care cleansing product.

  3. pH Balance Adjustment
Size: 150 mL

Color: The liquid cleanser is a clear, light blue color. The foam is a bright white.

Texture: Soft, fluffy foam. A micro bubble. Not dense at all.

Fragrance: There's a strong tea tree smell. Well I think it's tea tree... It just kind of reminds me of something acid-ic-y and sharp. Almost like a sharp citrus, but it's not citrus-y... I know that doesn't make sense.

Packaging: Comes in a plastic pump style bottle.

Mechanism: When you push up and down on the pump bottle, it converts the liquid cleanser into a bubble foam!

Accessories: There's actually a locking pin that comes with this cleanser, which I think is really handy, especially when it comes to traveling.

Full Ingredients List: I'm sorry, I wasn't able to find the full ingredients list for this cleanser.

Here's a swatch of what the foam of the cleanser looks like. It's really fluffy and soft, not dense at all. Literally almost like pillow soft.

How To Use:
If you're wearing makeup, please use it after the first cleansing.
Pump it 2-3 times and apply the foam to skin. Roll as gently as massage, then rinse thoroughly with water.

How I Use It:
I only use this cleanser in the morning as my morning cleanser since at night I like to double cleanse with a cleansing oil and a light exfoliating cleanser.
I only use 1 PUMP. Seriously, 1 pump is more than enough for your whole face. The foam disperses all over the face really well and really smoothly.
I just lather it all over my face and gently massage is around, then I rinse my face with warm water.

BEFORE
Here's how my skin looks in the morning before I washed my face. You can see that my eyes are still really tired from waking up. I have a really shiny face after a night of skincare products that are sitting overnight and the oils that have accumulated overnight as well.

AFTER
Here's how my face looks after I have finished washing my face with the cleanser. You can see my skin isn't as shiny any more because all the oils and skincare products have been washed away.

BEFORE
My skin is oily and shiny. You can see my pores aren't clean and that they look almost "clogged", but I wouldn't say clogged with sebum or dirt, just with other skincare products and probably also oil.

AFTER
After cleansing my skin, I feel like my face really refreshed and cleaned. My pores look clear and they also feel cleared. It's not too dried out and doesn't stretch out my skin either.

BEFORE
This is before I wash my face, my forehead is really shiny and oily.

AFTER
After cleansing, you can see my skin looks clean. It's not shiny or oily at all. My skin isn't stretched out either.


Overall, I really liked this cleanser!

It didn't dry my skin out, probably due to the slightly acid pH which allows this cleanser's pH to match your natural skin's pH. It also doesn't stretch out my skin or cause that squeaky clean feel, which I really hate.

The smell of the cleanser isn't horrible. As I said previously, it reminds me of tea tree and something acidic-y. It's not horrible and while it's strong, it goes always and doesn't linger on your face after being washed off.
Another great thing is that this cleanser doesn't cause me to breakout! After these last few week, trying out new products, I've been breaking out a bit, so this cleanser is a breath of fresh air.

I love the soft, fluffy texture of this cleanser. It feels super lightweight and almost like a luxury foam that's being rubbed all over. As I said earlier, you only need 1 pump of the cleanser, and the foam is lightweight and easily dispersed so a little goes a long way.

I really like this cleanser and I would definitely recommend it for everyone to try!

Hi Everyone! Today I will be reviewing a product that I have bought a  lot  of... a LOT. I've been using this cream for over 3 years now. Hi Everyone! I will be discussing a very popular toner by COSRX. This is the AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner . The main reason I bought this toner to begin with was because I saw a review, I don't remember by who, that said they used this toner and noticed a big difference in their skin.
