Review: BY ECOM Pure Calming Mask Pack

I will be doing another product review for a set of products all from the same brand name. I received this sheet mask along with other skincare products from BY ECOM from Stylekorean.com for free in return for my honest review.

Part 1: BY ECOM Pure Calming Mask Pack

This mask pack includes 7 individually packed sheet mask that are drenched in a essence serum.

Description: It's rich in houttuynia cordata, centella asiatica, and portulaca extract so you can get soothing care quickly. Because it's ultra soft and ultra-fine sheet, it's not irritating to the skin.

Key Ingredients:
  • centella asiatica extract: skin soothing & protection
  • hyaluronic acid: supply & sustain moisture
  • licorice extract: strengthen the skin, and improve skin texture.
Recommended for ALL skin types!!!

Here's a close-up of what the sheet mask looks like. It is really thin, you can see my fingers through it. The material almost likes like cotton up close. It feels really soft, like a soft cloth... well it's made of micro fiber sheet.

Size: 25 mL

Color: the sheet mask itself is white, the essence serum is clear and colorless.

Material: the sheet mask is made of a microfiber sheet.

Fragrance: no scent, fragrance-free

Texture: the essence serum is quite water and runny. The sheet mask is really flimsy and thin. 

Full Ingredients List: I'm sorry, I wasn't able to find the ingredients list online.

You can see the essence serum is clear, colorless, and runny.

How To Use:
After cleansing, refine skin texture with toner. Apply the mask, adjusting around the eyes and mouth. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove mask and gently pat remaining essence serum until fully absorbed.

How I Use It:
I used this sheet mask at night only, at the end of my skincare routine. I would lay it on my face, making sure my eyes and mouth are in the proper holes. I left the sheet mask on for a good 20-30 minutes. Once done, I took the mask off and took the excess essence serum and rubbed it all over my face and let it seat overnight to absorb in.
I also like to rub the essence serum down my neck.

The mask has a refreshing feeling when left on the face.

AFTER
After taking off the sheet mask, I feel like my face looks brighter. It's really moisturized.

AFTER
I left the sheet mask on for so long that there's a slight impression of it on where it crumpled on my face. My skin is moisturized, feels a little more plump as well.
There was a slight reduce in redness/inflammation after taking off the mask.

Morning After
My face looks plumper from the extra hydration from the excess essence serum. My skin sort of has a glow to it as well.

The redness has been toned down, less inflamed in appearance.

Even after washing my face, my skin still feels plump and moisturized, doesn't feel stretched out at all.

Overall, I really liked this sheet mask! It was really refreshing when left on my face and I like how my skin look after removing the mask.

I definitely see and feel the reduce in redness/inflammation on my face. It is really obvious when you look at the before and after pictures.
It is also intensely moisturizing, but not in a heavy thick sense, but in a lightweight feel. My skin or face doesn't feel oily at all after rubbing the excess essence serum all over.

One sheet mask pack contains a LOT of excess essence serum, like a LOT. My face was literally dripping from the excess essence serum that I rubbed all over. I even tried rubbed it down onto my neck and sternum area, but it was still a LOT. Especially since this essence serum is quite water-y and runny in texture, it just slides down the skin.

I like that it is fragrance-free, so it has less of a chance to cause irritation to my sensitive skin. I also really like that this sheet mask did NOT cause me to breakout in acne or get a rash from the material of the sheet mask.

Rate (out of 5 stars): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would definitely recommend this sheet mask for everyone to try! I like that it makes a difference in my sheet and also the texture of my skin as well.
I will admit that this mask pack is quite expensive. It only gives 7 sheet mask for a price between $30 - $40.

Hi Everyone! Today I will be reviewing a product that I have bought a  lot  of... a LOT. I've been using this cream for over 3 years now. Hi Everyone! I will be discussing a very popular toner by COSRX. This is the AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner . The main reason I bought this toner to begin with was because I saw a review, I don't remember by who, that said they used this toner and noticed a big difference in their skin.
