This is what the opening of the toner bottle looks like. Whenever you use it, a little at a time comes out instead of being poured out like a faucet.

How To Use:
Apply appropriate amount of toner and gently pat until it absorbed.
There are supposedly 4 different ways you can use this toner:

  1. The N-Skin Types: take an appropriate amount of toner and gently tap N times.
    • Gives moisture into skin & enhances hydration. Recommended for dry skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin.
  2. Final Step in Cleansing: soak a cotton pad with toner and cleanse the face.
    • Removes the makeup residue and waste from face. Recommended for oily skin, combination skin and normal skin.
  3. Toner Mist: put the toner in a spray bottle to use as a mist.
    • Calming effect by reducing the skin's temperature and getting moisture. Recommended for dry skin and oily skin.
  4. Toner Mask: soak a cotton pad with the toner, place it on the part of your face where it needs.
    • Reduces skin temperature (cooling effect) & removes dead skin. Recommended for sensitive skin and trouble skin.
How I Use It:
I just use this strictly as a toner, nothing anything special like they other ways Keep Cool suggests you can use it as.
I use it both morning and night at the beginning of my skincare routine after I have cleansed my face.
I like to drench a cotton pad with the toner and then gently swipe my face with the wet cotton pad to give an even coating of the toner all over my face. If there is a particular problem area, I might back and dab the cotton pad a little longer there.

Here's how it looks on a cotton pad. Please excuse that I now use pink cotton pads. The toner is still clearly colorless since the cotton pad isn't change colors.
Here's how my cotton pad looks after I finished swiping my face with the toner. I don't really notice much discoloration on the cotton pad, so I can't say for sure if it can really be used as the "final step in cleansing" as Keep Cool says it can.

BELOW are pictures of my BEFORE/AFTER of using this toner. I have pictures from when I started using it and a WEEK after I started it.
BEFORE

AFTER
Honestly, there isn't much of a difference in appearance after using this toner. HOWEVER, there is a different in skin moisturization and skin sensation. After using this toner my skin feel moisturized and there's this amazing cooling feeling.

BEFORE

AFTER
My cheek feels moisturized after using the toner and there's a cooling feeling on my skin as well. I wouldn't say there's any reduce in redness.

1 Week Later

BEFORE                                                                         AFTER
My skin still feel moisturized and there's still that amazing cooling feeling. Definitely no reduce in redness.

Overall, I did like this toner.

I think the cooling effect from this toner would make this an amazing toner to use during hot weather such as summer time. The cooling effect was so COOL. However, since it's currently winter, it actually made me get goosebumps, so while it is a great toner to use, and I'm sure you can use it year-round, I would probably save it to use during the summer time instead.

As stated, the 85% bamboo water really does help provide moisture to the skin. My skin feels moisturized and possibly even a little plump-ish from using this toner.

I know it doesn't exactly say that it helps reduce redness on the skin, however, whenever I hear something is suppose to help "soothe" my skin, I think that it should help with any kind of redness I have by helping reduce it. In the end, this toner doesn't do that, so don't expect any miraculous change in the look of your acne.

I feel like this toner is strictly just for the moisture and the cooling effect.

Rate (out of 5 stars): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would recommend this toner for anyone to use. I love the cooling feel and it definitely does what it says about providing moisture to the skin.
